Trainee Program

Our Trainee Program will provide you with specialized training, mentoring and a career plan designed to enhance your professional growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in a structured training program in the chosen area of specialization.
- Receive specialized training in key tools, methodologies and technologies for professional development.
- Collaborate on strategic projects that generate impact on the company, applying knowledge acquired in real and challenging environments.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen comprehensive learning and problem solving capacity.
- Have the mentoring and guidance of a Practice Manager, who will provide support in the development of technical and professional skills.
- Follow a personalized career plan, designed by area leaders, with periodic evaluations to measure progress and performance.
Competencies and Requirements:
- Recent graduate or with a maximum of one year of experience in related careers (Engineering, Technology, Business, etc.).
- Interest in developing a career in areas such as Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Strategy & Governance, Data Architecture and Financial planning and consolidation
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Teamwork and effective communication.
- Proactivity and results-oriented.
- Availability of Full time.
